Beginners weights class, if new to exercise always check with a medical professional first if you have any existing medical conditions. You could this first with no weights, then introduce light weights and progress to heavier to make the session harder. Always check your form and make sure you’re feeling it where you should be. Always STOP if you feel any sharp pain or become very breathless.
