GROUP CLASSES

Pilates – a low impact workout that strengthens all muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility.  There is a particular emphasis on core strength, to improve balance, general fitness and wellbeing.

Active Seniors – a full body mobility and strengthening workout to music.  This class helps to improve strength, flexibility, balance and independence, with seated or standing options.

Outdoor Fitness – short, sharp, 45 minute workouts, excellent for weight loss, toning, rapid increase in fitness levels and great fun too!
