ONLINE FITNESS STUDIO

An exclusive online members club with a weekly, live class timetable, updated every week.

£26 per calendar month or £7 per week, payable by direct debit.

Online Live Classes include:

  • Pilates – a low impact workout that strengthens all muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility.  There is a particular emphasis on core strength, to improve balance, general fitness and wellbeing.
  • Bootcamp/outdoor fitness – short, sharp, 45 minute workouts, excellent for weight loss, toning, rapid increase in fitness levels and great fun too!
  • Weights workout – a total body workout using an assortment of weights.
  • LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) – an aerobic workout, standing and floor work, targeting legs, bums & tums.
  • HIIT/LIIT – High or Low intensity, Interval Training, less than 30 minutes long.
  • Stretch and Tone – a low impact, low intensity workout to increase muscular tone and flexibility, range of movement and relieve stress.
  • Box Blast – a high energy workout that fuses Boxing, standing Pilates, Barre and Dance, using light weights or weighted gloves.
  • Express Pilates – a 30 minute Pilates workout.
  • WOW – a guest Workout Of the Week, examples so far include:
  • Walk and Run Club
  • Light and Easy (exercise to music)
  • Ballet Barre
  • Body Conditioning
  • 3 C’s (Cardio, Combat,Conditioning)
  • ….and many more!
