There is a NEW Pilates class starting at Eastney Community Centre from Thursday, 22nd October at 10.45 am.
This class is especially suitable for those over 50 and those who may be experiencing reduced mobility and who wish to improve their posture, balance, strength and stamina.
Pilates is a safe and highly effective, low impact form of exercise that will both relax and energise you and help improve your mental and physical well being.
This class consists of seated/lying mat work and standing work (weight bearing) and may sometimes include using resistance bands and soft Pilates balls.
