WEIGHT LOSS BOOT CAMP

If you can’t seem to shift those pounds and need a kick start to a healthy eating and fitness regime, this 2 week intensive boot camp course is for you! Designed to give you self confidence and a motivational boost, this course helps you re-evaluate and re-energise your approach to your personal fitness, whether you want to tone up & lose weight, improve your fitness or have a complete lifestyle change.

This two week course includes:

  • Individual pre & post camp fitness assessments including body fat measurements, weight & BMI, Cardiovascular & Muscular fitness tests
  • Individual e-books containing information on goal setting, food diary, dietary and healthy eating tips & advice, portion sizes
  • 8 one hour sessions, 6 of which are group outdoor training session
  • 3 boot camp style training sessions with instructors per week
  • 1 indoor or 1 outdoor exercise plan to do on other days
