Online Live Classes include:
- Pilates – a low impact workout that strengthens all muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. There is a particular emphasis on core strength, to improve balance, general fitness and wellbeing.
- Bootcamp/outdoor fitness – short, sharp, 45 minute workouts, excellent for weight loss, toning, rapid increase in fitness levels and great fun too!
- Weights workout – a total body workout using an assortment of weights.
- LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) – an aerobic workout, standing and floor work, targeting legs, bums & tums.
- HIIT/LIIT – High or Low intensity, Interval Training, less than 30 minutes long.
- Stretch and Tone – a low impact, low intensity workout to increase muscular tone and flexibility, range of movement and relieve stress.
- Box Blast – a high energy workout that fuses Boxing, standing Pilates, Barre and Dance, using light weights or weighted gloves.
- Express Pilates – a 30 minute Pilates workout.
- WOW – a guest Workout Of the Week, examples so far include:
- Walk and Run Club
- Light and Easy (exercise to music)
- Ballet Barre
- Body Conditioning
- 3 C’s (Cardio, Combat,Conditioning)
