Fitness and health is Jacqui’s passion. She has exercised and been involved in all things fitness for over 25 years, working full-time as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2006.
Her wide range of health and fitness qualifications has allowed Jacqui to develop a unique and multi-disciplined approach to the business of keeping fit. Jacqui’s attention to detail and technique, together with a varied and enjoyable range of exercises, ensure that her clients, or groups, have the best opportunity of achieving maximum returns from their workout, whatever the duration.
PHILOSOPHY:
My aim is to motivate, inspire and educate as many people as possible about the benefits of exercise.
I want my clients to be as healthy and mobile as possible, for as long as possible, and believe that the key to achieving this is a lifelong commitment to a balanced regime of fitness, through nutrition, movement and relaxation.
I enjoy using my experience and knowledge to help people towards this goal, helping them to take control of their lives and discover the great benefits of better health.
