Pilates

Pilates is a mind body, low impact workout, that strengthens muscles, improves postural alignment and flexibility.  There is a particular focus on core strength and increasing body awareness, through controlled movement and breathing.  It can improve balance, posture and overall well being and can be adapted for all ages and abilities.  Our classes are mixed ability, so beginners are welcome and experienced exercisers can be challenged.

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

An aerobic workout, combining low impact cardio with strengthening exercises.  The focus is on toning and strengthening the legs, buttocks and abdominal muscles, using a mix of bodyweight and free weights.

Equipment used includes light hand weights and resistance bands. 

Bootcamp

High and low impact workouts, online or outdoors, combining cardio, strength and speed, designed to improve overall fitness, build strength and burn fat.

Equipment used includes bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands and natural environment.

Weights

A strength or resistance workout to challenge muscles, improve endurance and strengthen bones and joints

Equipment used includes bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training, with short rest periods, repeated at intervals for a quick and effective workout.

Improves fitness, burns fat and great for cardiovascular health.

LIIT

Low Intensity Interval Training with low to medium effort and longer rest periods.

Improves fitness, mobility and burns fat with less impact on the joints. 

Body Conditioning

A full body workout combining cardio, strength and toning exercises, using bodyweight, free weights and functional movements.

Targets all major muscle groups to build strength, definition and fitness.
