LIFT LEAN STARTING 11TH JAN INFORMATION:

COURSE starts Monday 11th January 2021

YOU WILL NEED TO:

1:Weigh, Measure & Take your photos – Front/Side/Back. These are your progress pictures you can post them or keep them private but 100% TAKE them. Your weight will fluctuate and we really want to focus on improving your strength, fitness and muscle mass.

2:Organise a food shop – online or in person. Choose healthy foods, veg, fruits. We give you shopping lists and healthy recipes to follow. N

3:Set a goal, we are on hand to help you reach it.

4: Download MY FITNESS PAL – Work out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure by using this formula.https://tdeecalculator.net/

5: You will be able to make up your meals however you want and decide if you want to eat 2/3 or 4 meals a day. We will be posting recipe ideas for inspiration. We share recipes and food photos in the group for accountability and meal ideas.

6: Your Daily non negotiables are:

DAILY WORKOUT – LIVE OR ON CATCH UP.

✅ 2 Litres of water a day – get a cooler or water bottle to have with you and on your desk to keep sipping through the day.

✅ Walking outside – aiming for 10k steps a day, getting out with nature and fresh air is a non negotiable every day for mindset and positivity.

✅ Eating Healthy with nourishing foods.

TIMETABLE

LIVE Morning Workouts are at 630am you can choose to do the classes live with us, or later at a time more convenient to you. All 10 workouts are saved for you to repeat the programme as many times as you wish.

You will need the following equipment:

Weights – most important!

Kettlebells

Activation Band

Sliders/Gliders if you have them or equivalent

Step Box- if you have one, but can do all classes without

PLUS There will be a daily pre-recorded or Live video / audio from us with tips / motivation and mindset plus updates daily in the group and on the LIVE workout.So are you in?????? and ready???????????
