Whether you want to get fit or improve your fitness, the plan is to train for and take part in about 6 fitness events throughout the year, culminating in the Great South Run in October.
As well as improving fitness, we also want to raise loads of money for several charities. The events we will register for include a mix of 5 & 10 k runs/walks, a beginners triathlon, maybe some fun run/obstacle courses and the Great South Run.
You can pick and chose what events to do and, to make sure you are in the best possible shape, there are 2 outdoor training sessions a week, Monday at 11 am (running) and Thursday at 9 am (strength & core).
