As 2015 comes to an end, Sally & I would like to thank everyone who has come to our classes – we hope they have made a difference, as well as being enjoyable!! This time of year we all tend to make commitments to keeping fit, change of lifestyle, new beginnings, etc, that can be difficult to keep.
