We are putting on an exercise event at John Pounds centre in Portsmouth, 11-1 tomorrow. Please come along, all monies raised going to my dear friends son Adam Long;
recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, only 23 and a previously fit, Portsmouth rugby player. Our event page is on our Facebook page healthhub, links on here.
