FITNESS PILATES FOCUS COURSE SEPTEMBER 2014

Pilates is renowned for it’s effectiveness in helping to alleviate or prevent injury.

This course focus’s on the main areas of the body which tend to cause people problems, shoulders, back, hips, knees & ankles.

Each week you will learn how to how to improve one of these areas of the body with Pilates specific strengthening and flexibility exercises.

FITNESS PILATES FOCUS COURSE

Every WEDNESDAY for 4 weeks, 3rd – 24th September, 9.30-10.30 am

OR

Every THURSDAY for 4 weeks, 4th – 25th September, 5.45 – 6.45 pm

EASTNEY COMMUNITY CENTRE, BRANSBURY PARK, PORTSMOUTH

This course is suitable for all fitness levels and costs £35.00 There are only 12 places per course so early booking is advisable.
