EVERY WEDNESDAY, 10.30 Am AT EASTNEY COMMUNITY CENTRE,  BRANSBURY PARK

Come and join our exercise class and get fit with a great group of Mum’s and babies.

Classes are booked in a 6 week block (renewable every 6 weeks) and take place at Eastney Community Centre,

10.3-11.30 am every Wednesday:

• weekly exercise class
• dietary & fitness advice
• home workouts
• start and finish individual assessments
• members only facebook group offering ongoing interactive support, exercise and nutrition advice, recipes and much more!
