BIOGRAPHY:

Sally is an advanced trainer continually motivating herself to develop her knowledge and understanding of the health and fitness industry.  Having worked full-time as an instructor for more than 10 years she has developed a particular style of teaching that is both fun and practical.  Her enthusiasm is both infectious and engaging; she really enjoys her job and it shows!

PHILOSOPHY:

I love my work, it is my life, and I am constantly striving to learn more and share this knowledge with my clients. I get genuine satisfaction in helping people realise and achieve their goals, whatever their age or ability.  Healthy eating and exercise should be enjoyable and, along with making time to relax, be part of your lifestyle. Balance is key and fundamental for inner happiness!
