GROUP OUTDOOR TRAINING

Short, sharp, simple 45 minute workouts that are excellent for weight loss, toning, rapid increase in fitness levels & great fun:

Monday evening’s at Castle Field, 6.15-7 pm, throughout the summer with Sally.

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s, 6.30-7.15 am, either at Canoe Lake, or Castle Field, Southsea, all year round with Jacqui.

Be prepared for all weather conditions!
